y'know,
sometimes i find myself wondering whether i'm spending too much time
-wasting my life-
on reading twilight so many times.
then i realise,
that's the only way to escape from reality;
to really become a child,
and go back to my imaginary world.
life has become too fast;
everyone's rushing to places,
afraid of being late;
dreading being too early.
sometime's it's like we're being too mechanical:
doing things without thinking,
because thinking would be wasting time.
when would people just stop and think?
when would people see what they're doing?
in this modern society,
so many things are done without looking out for the consequences.
be it everyday work,
like choosing to buy non-recycled paper
(and thus cutting down more trees),
or big company stuff,
like printing more flyers to promote a product,
even though most of the flyers would end up in the trash can.
do they see what they're doing to the Earth?
would it be too late when they do?
when life offers you so much,
is it right to just waste so much away?
what we could have been, 10:28 PM.
